MOQ depends on the service level: 500 pcs for logo printing on existing models, 1,000 pcs for custom colors or packaging, 2,000 pcs for app white-labeling, and 5,000+ pcs for new mold development. We can discuss flexible arrangements for first-time orders.
Yes. We provide samples from our existing product range within 3-5 business days. For OEM/ODM projects with custom branding, pre-production samples take 5-10 days. Sample fees may apply but are typically credited toward your bulk order.
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer) upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance due before shipment (against copy of Bill of Lading). For long-term customers, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) or other flexible terms. We also accept PayPal for sample orders.

Standard lead time is 15-25 days for existing models with branding, 20-35 days for custom packaging or app development, and 35-60 days for new mold development. Lead times may vary based on order volume and current production schedule.
We support all standard shipping methods: Sea freight (FCL and LCL), Air freight (for urgent orders), Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples), and Rail freight to Europe. We can also handle Amazon FBA prep, pallet labeling, and customs documentation.
Our default port is Zhongshan Port or Shenzhen Port, both approximately 1-2 hours from our factory. We can also ship from Guangzhou Port upon request. For container loading, we coordinate with your freight forwarder or can recommend reliable partners.
Absolutely. We offer logo printing via silk-screen on the glass platform, embossed logo on the bottom case, and full custom color box design. MOQ for logo printing is 500 units with a 3-5 day sample lead time.
Yes. We offer white-label mobile apps (iOS + Android) for our Bluetooth smart scales. Customization includes your brand name, logo, color scheme, and language support. The app is compatible with Apple Health and Google Fit. MOQ for app white-labeling is 2,000 units.
Yes, we provide full ODM services including industrial design, structural engineering, mold development, and electronic design. Our R&D team of 3 engineers can bring your concept to reality. MOQ for new mold development is 5,000 units, with 25-35 day sample lead time.
Our products carry CE (European Conformity), FCC (USA Compliance), ROHS (EU Environmental), REACH (Chemical Safety), and our factory is ISO 9001 and BSCI certified. We can provide test reports and certificates upon request. For market-specific certifications, we can arrange testing and documentation.
We implement a 4-stage QC process: (1) Incoming material inspection, (2) In-process QC with 30-minute spot checks, (3) 100% finished product testing — every single scale is tested, and (4) Pre-shipment AQL 2.5 sampling audit. See our Quality Control page for details.
Yes, we welcome third-party inspections from SGS, TUV, Intertek, or any inspection agency of your choice. We can also provide pre-shipment photo and video documentation at no additional cost.
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects. For defective units, we provide free replacements with your next order or credit toward future purchases. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, or normal wear.
Yes, we can supply spare parts such as load cells, LCD panels, battery covers, and feet. For bulk orders, we typically include 1-2% spare parts free of charge. Additional spare parts can be ordered separately.
